Inclement Weather Policy

The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. In the event of a Level 1 snow emergency, we will make every effort to proceed with scheduled appointments and may postpone them to later in the day if conditions improve. If a Level 2 or Level 3 snow emergency is issued, appointments will be rescheduled. Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings will also be taken into consideration, including weather conditions in counties that must be traveled through to reach the appointment location. We appreciate your understanding and will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.
