We understand that unexpected situations arise and that life circumstances can change with little notice. We strive to be reasonable and flexible whenever possible. However, due to the nature of our work, our busy family and business schedules, and the difficulty of filling appointments on short notice, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our ability to serve all clients effectively.
Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice on three (3) separate occasions, we will no longer be able to continue providing services to that client. This policy is not intended to be punitive, but rather to ensure fairness, reliability, and responsible use of our limited availability.
True emergencies and circumstances beyond a client’s control will be taken into consideration. In addition, inclement weather-related cancellations are governed by our established Inclement Weather Policy.
Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling initiated in accordance with this policy will not count toward short-notice cancellations.
